ranslation in, slightly less devious than I thought...
Killua got out of the forest area with lightning speed.
Tsubone figured she can't keep up with Killua in open ground, so she regrouped with Amane and Canary.
Tsubone transformed into a motorcycle. Tsubone predicted Killua's going to an airport so they took a shortcut.
Killua arrives at airport, Tsubone said the airship is ready. Killua said he needs at least 5 airships.
Amane and Canary are arguing with each other while looking for more airships.
Canary noticed that Gotoh's not answering his phone.
Killua calls Morel and inform him of the ambush by Hisoka + Ilumi.
Ilumi + Hisoka arrives at the airport, sees 8 airship depart. Ilumi said he can't handle 8 airships at once.
Ilumi uses his aura to control people. His needles appear to make his target go berserk.
Killua tells Morel about Ilumi's ability, asked Morel to get some guys to take care of the guys under Ilumi's control.
Killua says Ilumi's control power leaves the guy paralyzed (forever?) after use, so that should be enough to arrest him.
Hunter's code of conduct says a Hunter cannot target another Hunter, unless it's to prevent a crime.
Morel calls Teradin (brain hunter) and Bushidora (hunter in charge of code of conduct). These guys are also part of the third major faction (not Netero, not Pariston).
Ilumi's army faces off against Hunters.
Ilumi asks Hisoka to take care of any stray enemies.
Hisoka says it looks like he'll be busy.

The code of conduct forbids targetting other Hunters unless it's 'serious crime'. It's not clear what counts as 'serious crime', but as Hisoka said before, Hunters normally don't have to take responsibilty for say, killing a random guy they meet on the street. But I guess controlling a large number of people and leave them paralyzed for life is considered 'serious crime'.
Presumably the third major faction is going to lose a lot of guys fighting Ilumi + Hisoka + Ilumi's army, which means everyone else's vote % has to go up (the dead can't vote), so we're beginning to see how this is going to tie to the election arc.
I assume a random guy controlled by aura is slightly stronger than a professional soldier (Morel's smoke soldiers can defeat professional soldiers rather easily), and for an average Hunter, a professional soldier is not a trivial threat (the GI games are protected by a mercernary army with the implication that they're supposed to be a deterrent against even aura users). So we're probably going to see a big bloodbath soon.
Killua told Morel some of the nature of Alluka's ability, including the fact that a failed wish would most likely get them all killed. Note that the other butlers are on separate airships as decoys.
The dialogue seems to imply there's going to be a big fight near the hospital where Gon is at (which is right next to Hunter's HQ), and the Zodiac is just going to watch on the side? Talking about a messed up organization.
